KRMC REFUND POLICY FOR MUSIC PUPS AND MUSIC CATS
Before the registration deadline
Full refunds are available with no questions asked as long as we receive your request by the posted registration deadline. (Registration deadline is approximately one week before the first day of the session.)
After the registration deadline
Refund requests received after the registration deadline and before the first time your class meets: We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee.
Refund requests received after your first class meeting:
We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee, a $30 materials fee, and $13 for each class that has occurred.
No refund requests will be honored after the fourth week of the session.
Materials
$30 of your tuition pays for materials. If you received materials and return them with the CD still in its shrink wrap and the book in new condition, we will refund you the $30 materials fee.
If you did not receive materials, be certain to let us know. After confirmation with your teacher we will refund the $30 materials fee.
Siblings
Families with more than one child enrolled will be charged only one administration fee. The sibling refund rate is $11 per class.
Major Medical
If you miss class due to a major medical condition, such as hospitalization or prescribed bed rest, contact us no later than 2 weeks after your first missed class. We will refund you for the classes not taken. Please supply a doctor's note.
CREDIT TOWARD FUTURE SESSION
We do not issue credits towards future sessions.
KRMC REFUND POLICY FOR KEYBOARD CLASS
Full refunds are available with no questions asked as long as we receive your request by the posted registration deadline. (Registration deadline is approximately one week before the first day of the session.)
Families enrolled in Keyboard class commit to each 10-week session. Because we cannot replace students who leave keyboard class, we do not offer credits or refunds of any kind to students who drop out of keyboard class.
